I'll also agree that Onoki is more versatile with Doton. Lightweight/Heavyweight techs usually aren't useful in 1v1s since direct contact is needed, but in teams deadly combos can be executed.

Raikage can tank FRS. FRS is strong enough to destroy or do serious damage to a V3 Susanoo, which is the same Susanoo that Kirin destroyed but failed to do anything to Itachi afterwards. FRS is elementally superior to the Raikage's cloak, meaning Raikage can stand against attacks much stronger than FRS and take no damage if they don't have elemental superiority.

That already makes him far more durable than the Susanoo that can't take techniques of FRS's level without receiving serious damage. Nukite can pierce his body thus it's stronger than Kirin. Either that or they are on the same general level with Nukite being far more focused than Kirin.

All of Kisame's feats relate to large amounts of chakra, not skill. Tobirama used complex techniques with very few hand seals, was able to slice through multiple thick Shinju roots in an instant and can even use one when his pressure points have been blocked off.

That is skill. Not just aimless large volumes of Suiton chakra splashed everywhere, which anyone with huge chakra reserves could repeat.

This is something which is forgotten too often. Tobirama says himself that he had never seen a kagutsuchi (flame control) like the one performed by Sasuke.

Well, Raikiri is fashioned into a blade while Nukite is akin to a spear and Raikiri is empowered by the user's speed while Nukite is derived by the user's physical constitution (presumably). Those are some differences even though they're relatively similar.
