Depending on the strength of CES in comparison to 3rd Raikage's, and Chidori's potency in comparison to the potency of 3rd Raikage's raiton, this CES (or Chidori enhanced strength) could possibly be slightly stronger or slightly weaker than Jigokuzuki. Really, CES has always been a plain technique with no chakra nature to augment its already destructive power. Adding any nature, from Raiton to even Katon could make it godly. I imagine Sarada's fist lighting up with lightning or fire in a similar fashion to Hinata's Twin Lion Fist. I know that considering her fists would be balled and not pointed out it could lower the piercing capabilities, but the enormous strength could possibly make up for it. Tell me what you think.

Edit: I was wrong, it would be no less similar to Jigokuzuki than it would be Chidori or Raikiri, just with the additive of that massive strength and a little less piercing power.
