SA Superman? Haha, let's not include any canon Supes. Well... apart from GL Supes, who would get raped by Naruto or Sasuke.

My knowledge on movie Supermans is rough, but I think MoS's normal speed is probably a few machs less than Naruto/Sasuke. He also seems to need time to reach full speed, which I would put quite some above the duo but that's not going to be very useful in combat, since they can use their full speed off the bat. So we can probably put concerns about that to bed, which brings us to offence/defence.

MoS apparently barely survived a nuke of around 1.2 megatons. I honestly could not hope to align nukes with Naruto powers, but maybe if the duo manage to launch an all-out offensive, they could subdue him. Maybe.

If Superman tags them once with a serious hit though, it's over.

Superman being weak to magic is a myth, he's just no more resistant than anyone else. He still fights and overcomes magic using opponents, just with more difficulty. Magic doesn't subdue him, but since Kryptonite is his weakness, it does...
