and it's capable of piercing Kimi, she wins. Although I'm not sure if she's shown this in the manga. Even if she hasn't, there's really no reason she shouldn't be able to given what she has shown in manipulating her paper jutsu.

If this isn't applicable or able to pierce Kimi, then Healthy Kimi outlasts her jutsu and merks her.

Kimimaro has nothing that can hurt her as long as she has chakra to fly/keep herself in paper form, though her origami aren't killing him either, at least with his CM active. Turns into an outlasting match, Kimimaro takes it if he isn't sick.
