Based on the databook, which is fact. Sasuke has a 3.5. Kakashi has a 4.5. What you are saying here is irrelevant because it's not pure Taijutsu.

Kakashi has a 4.5 in Taijutsu. Sasuke has a 3.5. And yes, there is a large gap in their skill like I just said. Sasuke being able to block Kakashi's attack is irrelevant because blocking someone once doesn't mean you can defeat them in Taijutsu, nor is that a scan of 30% Itachi matching Kakashi in Taijutsu. That is a scan of Itachi dodging Kakashi and then blocking his attack.

If it wasn't all Taijutsu or had a portion where there was an extensive Taijutsu duel then mentioning it is irrelevant.

Base Sasuke and Base Naruto tied in hand to hand yet Base Sasuke is faster than Naruto by far in terms of Shunshin. Meaning Shunshin is irrelevant in Taijutsu fights, which should be obvious even without that fight proving the point.

The mechanics and your potential of doing damage changes significantly when you get a weapon depending on how skilled you are with it. Just look at Killer B bare handed and then look at his performance when he uses the 7 sword dance.

So no, Kakashi can't replicate that, nor would Sasuke be capable of doing so with his bare hands.
