Doflamingo VS Kuma/Hancock would be more of a question.

OT: Mihawk is stronger.

Hancock isn't that powerful. Sure, she has an OP ability but even Smoker was taking her kicks pre-TS.

This is my Shichibukai strengh ranking, and Mihawk beats Doffy low-mid diff.

I don't know if that's completely accurate. We haven't seen Weevil fight yet, we haven't seen Mihawk go against an Admiral(though his standing with Shanks serves to help the case) and Doffy only had a brief skirmish with Aokiji but he seemed to handle it well(though that's no true indication of how the fight would go) and had intentions to take out Fuji now whether that would have been on his own or with the family is impossible to say but he felt confident enough to fight one. I doubt either Doffy or Mihawk could beat an Admiral but I think both could contend with one.

Mihawk high diff. I love Mingo but they hype of Mihawk is real.
