In this case,the shinobies are far better people if all of them are in the same boat,even if the boat is sinking.At least they cooperate,and that's what Sasuke truly wants.PEACE

Honestly it isn't really fair to blame naruto on this one. it's kishi's fault. the fact he more or less made naruto not change anything at all but didn't think without any long term logic that future of kages might once represent what created villains in the first place is personally a slap to nagato's, sasuke's, neji's, hinata's and in some ways gaara's face. but then again it's to be expected from kishi. What he should had done was keep naruto's ideals the same but factor in sasuke's realism as well. by removing the kages from empowerment not keep shit the same.

Actually Kurama said that Sasuke with the rinnegan and the bijuus is equal to Rikudou,so yeah he is a god.If he is a god he can show people the true world in which they need to live and guide them to a peaceful era.
