He does, he has a piece of their chakra, not like a chakra handout but an actual piece of their chakra like being a jinchuriki except he doesnt have the whole bijuu. Like kinkaku and ginkaku could use v2 transformation without being a jinc but naruto actually has it sealed in him so like even if only 1% of their original chakra he still has their nature and is always connected to them. Even when they were sealed in kaguya he could talk to them and mold their kkg so now that they are free literally nothing would imply he lost that consciousness between them and should be able to use their powers even if they were sealed in other people since he could before

Yeah, I dont think that any villain could stand a chance against naruto if he uses chakra natures of other bijuus. His BSM is enough for 99% of the opponents
