Why Sasuke doesn't have a second arm

Because Hashi arm would allow him to use Mokuton and give him better Hashirama's feats since he already has Hashi cells. Having Ashura's SM with two dojutsu would put him a level above and go against the theme that Naruto and Sasuke are equals, as a result Kishi nerfed Sasuke like he did Itachi.

Yep. I wonder why he didn't give them Mokuton since they have been exposed to Hashirama's DNA? I thought it was stated before that anyone exposed to and not being able to handle the cells would die. But those exposed and become compatible will be likely to possess the KKG.

I agree there, technically it should work like that, danzo only had an arm and he used it. For some reason kishi never bothered, so I'd doubt he would of with sasuke either...

As you can see Sasuke already knows how to harness senjutsu to some degree.

Don't compare silly CM with SM. There are millions of fodders walking around with CM in NV and that doesn't make sasuke any special. Even Orochimaru ,who was one of the strongest konoha ninjas, was searching for a strong body to learn SM and he ,who put his CM on sasuke, was not able to master SM. Kabuto after absorbing genes of multiple clans was finally able to learn SM.

BTW SM needs rigorous and one of the hardest body training in NV and i doubt sasuke's delicate body could ever survive through the SM training.
