Lmao not a chance in hell. Adult Naruto in Base is overall weaker than he is in The Last due to unrefined skills, which are actually important when talking outside of Avatar combat. So The Last is a perfect measure of how strong Hokage Naruto would be in Base.

-Minato beats him comfortably.
-Hashirama stomps.
-Tobirama beats him with the same amount of difficulty as Minato, he stomps with Edo Tensei.

The only ones he beats are Tsunade and Hiruzen due to his ability to use FRS in Base, throw it, and make it a homing jutsu. Without that even they would have the chance to defeat him, but Hiruzen's is slim. "Prime" Hiruzen would shit.


People love to wank that last Rasengan against Momoshiki even though the added rotation from BORUTO's ability is why the Rasengan was that powerful to begin with. Naruto's giant Rasengan is not stronger than his FRS which is a level of power that doesn't even threaten Hokages 1-4 minus Hiruzen.

What about the fact that it appears he can fly in base now as he was levitating with hinata at the end of the movie?
That looks like plot but if he could fly Id say that puts him 2nd behind hashirama since he can't destroy SS but tobirama and minato can't hit him at that point

He can't, but even if he could fly it wouldn't matter. Being able to run away from Tobirama and Minato doesn't make him stronger than him nor does it let them beat him. As long as the Kunai can reach Tobirama and Minato can warp there.

Thats the thing, if he could fly which is obviously speculation but he and hinata sure as hell stayed in the air a long time, (probably plot and the rasengan looked to be what gave initial thrust), Tobirama wont throw a kunai and get it near enough to hit him physically since naruto wont stay there especially with intel. He could shadow shuriken it but naruto could just pop 1 frs off and destroy any kunai coming near him. That eliminates Minato/tobirama ever getting close and minato has no long range jutsu we have seen so tobirama would just be spitting water at him from a distance.
I say spamming homing FRS with his reserves and shadow clones and knowing about FTG would put him above everyone bar hashirama.

Yeah, so basically neither of them hit each other and I say naruto's reserves are large enough to outlast them handily if we take into consideration that even if he didnt tap into using any kurama chakra he should still have more chakra than rinnegan sasuke since he is the ashura transmigrant.
Obviously minato or tobirama could throw a kunai near him and then keep throwing them while teleporting to maneuver one close enough to him but that would take a lot of their chakra constantly FTG around.
Naruto's speed is unknown but going by madara's which is the same exact flight ability naruto has they should be around the same speed which is fast enough to get out of ameno's range pretty quickly
