I think that Kamui is special only to Obito Sharingan, kinda like Shisui KotoAmatsuki. Its not something you can learn, its probably preprogramed in genetic code of their eyes. Kinda like special mutation.

Kamui was one of the more powerful jutsu, but I think Kotoamatsukami is the most elite of them all. Being able to control someone without them knowing is very broken, imagine if Shisui had reached EMS.

yes It does. what proves that is when he got his pare at the in, another proof of to it was when kakashi had it in a brief moment it made he cant make half of his body tangible and the other solid, if obito had both pare he would have been a real force using kamui shuirkens which hit you and teleports part of your body away maybe even infused fire shuriken with kamui for my opinion.

Sasuke has the potential to learn any jutsu and create some of his owns with rinnegan. But that's just "ninjutsu" . Rinnegan's got nothing on dojutsus and other bloodline limits.

I have to agree and disagree at the same time, it is something to do with genetic code but Obito used Kamui to travel to Kaguya's dimensions which suggests his ability comes from her dojutsu just like Itachi's Tsukuyomi. Sasuke has Kaguya's S/t so should be able to develop similar techniques although more limited than MS

He used that mid range warp with his right eye. Kakashi can use is long range snipe while right eye can use mid range.

Tobi and Obito can't go in and out of the dust release that fast. Sasuke was in the atomic box by the time he got warp, so that was faster than just a few seconds. It was near instant.


Sasuke has amenotejakra and dimension portals so he can go anywhere at instant speed because of those two rinnegan techniques.
