If we are naming best swordsmen, should be atleast the best from their respective verse.

Hiko Seijoru is better than Kenshin.
Mihawk is better than Zoro.
As a swordsman Killer B and probably Madara are better than Sasuke.

And lets not forget Sephiroth.

How could I forget!? I guess being a homunculus in his case granted him that ridiculous CQC, reflexes and agility. He was basically a newborn so definitely 'something special' about him haha

We also have to give shoutout to Sabre and Shirou Emiya. I was about to suggest Rin from Blue Exorcist and Kamina but they definitely just whack the sword around like the idiots that they are.
