What you need to remember here is that, you are sending your chakra into your patient to retrieve information you need from them. This from what I understand means that your chakra would run through their chakra patway system and from there detect any abnormalities within the entire body before returning to you with the information so that you as a medical ninja may know how to fix the problem within your patient. Too much chakra and you might disrupt the patients flow of chakra causing for certain organs and or body parts not to work how they are supposed to and as such risking more damage and or harm to you patient. Too little chakra and you wont be able to pick up any or even all the abnormalities occurring in your patients body. Think of it this way, when you go for an MRI (say for your brain) they inject you with Gadolinium contrast media (Gadolinium is a paramagnetic metal ion that moves differently within a magnetic field. When used during an MRI, it may make certain tissues, abnormalities, or diseases more clearly visible.) #CE Idea lol #Serious though if you're going to make something out of this you better teach me. #Don't tell nathan, so it's basically a dye or ink if you will. Now think of your chakra as this ink which you inject into you patients body and you as an MRI scanner. Using too little of this 'dye' will prove to be quite useless as the scanner won't be able to make out a clear picture of the brain and as such you won't know what's wrong with your patient, and using too much of this ink can cause hyper-intensity of the GP (globus pallidus) which can cause liver dysfunction and other possible dysfunctions in the body (You don't need to know all this i'm just using real life to reference). Nonetheless it's the same with the chakra, too much of it won't give an over-diagnosis rather you risk harming the patient and for too little chakra, you might not get enough information out of it.
Alright so it, doesn't seem like Gin-san is going to post anytime soon and you guys are very much behind so we can proceed, he'll catch up when he's back.
Here's a little note on what chakra control is.
"As a Medical Ninja you'll refine your chakra control to the out-most level one can without needing to learning Yin/Yang Release. In a battle, this won't signify much. In the Manga/Anime, great chakra control enables you to use advanced techniques, do hand seals faster and to tightly string together more techniques. In NB RPG, all of those would break the time frame so is more a cosmetic reference than anything. So to start, please sit with your legs crossed and do your preferred handseal for meditation. I want you to start by feeling your chakra and describing to me what you feel."
