Fugaku was 40 when he died he would be 45 in part 1 (sasuke was 7 when he died 12 when part one starts) jiraiya was 50 in part 1 but yeah fugaku would be only five years younger than jiraiya so he was likely in a genin team when Jiraiya was already a chunin

if minato had lived to be in part 1 though he died at 24 he would be 36
