Sasuke eyes aren't stronger than his. Hagoromo outclasses him in both skill and power and when I refer to power,I'm talking about how powerful their dojutsu and it's techniques are. Sasuke rinnegan doesn't have power close to hagoromo's and I know that because hagoromo rinnegan is just as powerful as jj madara rinnegan.

Both of Kaguya's eye powers are Kekkei Moura.
Madara's Rinnegan is only Kekkei Genkai, though his Rinne Sharingan is maybe Moura. DB doesn't list him as a Moura user though.

Sasuke's EMS and 6T Rinnegan are both Genkai.
Hamura's Byakugan and Tenseigan are both Genkai.

Based on eye power alone, a KKG EMS/6T RG combo is arguably better than KKG Byakugan/Tenseigan. The former is a more a versatile and potent eye set from what we've seen. As for Madara and Haggers, the difference in power between KKG and KKM isn't really expanded on, and we've little to compare.

Except of course, Tomogoroshi no Haikotsu and Shikotsumyaku. The difference in power is the difference between night and day, and other Moura ninjutsu have proved to be in their own league too - quickly destroying a PS and overwhelming RSBM Naruto's chakra fists.

Hagoromo is the originator of rinnegan and the only one to fully master and grasp it's power. We've seen some of jj madara feats with the rinnegan and it was said he was unleashing it's true power. So we know what hagoromo rinnegan raw power is like and as for hamura,if a complete amateur with no rikudou chakra and zero experience in using dojutsu could move something as large as the moon and split it in half with his tenseigan,I'm guessing the originator of the dojutsu,hamura,would be pretty up there.

Your entire post is redundant because you don't even know what kekkei Mora is. Kekkei mora doesn't have anything to do with power but instead is just the bloodline limit of kaguya which extends to her sons.

So you're only basing that off Hagoromo having the Ten-Tails? Sasuke is just as skilled, noted formerly by Kurama and now having aged.

Yeah,skill and power are two different things plus hagoromo rinnegan would have been that powerful with or without ten-tails. Also,sasuke isn't close to being at hagoromo level in skill. He isn't even as skilled as nagato when it comes to using all rinegan paths not to talk of hagoromo and I don't even see how combining the bijuu chakra "makes" him as skilled as hagoromo when combining chakra probably isn't a rinnegan technique.

I don't know how you're quantifying Hagoromo's Rinnegan's power. His Rinnegan usage is dependent on the amount of chakra he can expend in his techniques. He wouldn't be able to do everything he could as a Ten-Tails host, and his Rinnegan by itself isn't any more powerful than Sasuke's or Madara's. Basing Sasuke's skill with the Rinnegan on his one fight with Naruto is pretty retarded considering how much he has aged and that you're only assuming Hagoromo's skill with the eye despite him having absolutely no (maybe one) feats with it. Yes though, combining the chakra had to do with the Rinnegan since it's not normally possible to do so. Also consider that he has an eye technique that Hagoromo does not: the Sharingan, which is why I considered him to be higher on the list.

Madara's only RinneSharingan feat is IT which Sasuke countered, he doesn't have the body to use Kaguya's jutsu which is why she was able to take over him in the first place.
