This isn't necessarily about winning, but how well he would do. For every scenario, Kisame has Samehada and access to Water Dome and GSB, along with his other techs. Each fight takes place on a coastline.

(1) V1 Susano'o

(2) V2 Susano'o

(3) V3 Susnao'o

(4) V4 Susano'o

(5) And what the hell, PS.

Madara can only use Susano'o firepower in each fight.

Doesnt GSB eat chakra? In that case any susanoo taking a direct his that is smaller than the GSB should be destroyed

PS would just repel GSB, but any other version would probably get eaten by the sharks.

V3 Susano'o and below likely gets torn in the area that the shark hits. The scale of the jutsu is too small to affect any form of Susano'o above that.

It grows though with the chakra it consumes.

I know. Nothing implying that it can get to a scale that can threaten any Susano'o above V3. Not unless you want to apply a no limits fallacy. In that case it would tear through things like Ten Tails' Bijudama since it grows the more chakra it consumes.

I actually agree with you here.

The same problem exists with Jinton. The ability to break down objects on a molecular level is logically limited to the strength of bonds between molecules. Something like PS will have very strong molecular bonds. Unfortunately the fandom has endowed Jinton with a no limits fallacy.

Rapes V1-V2, Madara's V4 and PS tank it or outright blow it away, and V3 is a goner if GSB hits it but in regular combat Madara might be able to defeat Kisame w/ V3.

He's already absorbed a V2 Jin completely and brought Bee to almost zero chakra, if Kisame and Samehada both influence the GSB's absorption than it should be able to absorb a great deal of chakra.

Everything is a no limits fallacy in the manga when you give it any feat not shown since none of it is real and we are giving it feats from our own mind. Not fighting you on this but just saying. However jinton is different, it is stated to give the user the ability to manipulate molecules and break them down, if you can break down the thing being bonded it doesnt matter how strong the bond is because there are no molecules to be held together anymore by that strong bond. Yes PS may bond "molecules" more strongly than anything else but if the molecules are erased it can no longer bond anything, This doesnt mean I think jinton can one shot PS because it can just be recreated

OT: Technically speaking if the user of susanoo was within the diameter of the attack the susanoo shouldn't be able to protect it since the shark would eat straight through the chakra, but it probably takes time for this to happen so a susanoo big enough would be able to move away

GSB is a jutsu. I don't know where you're getting the idea that Samehada can amplify it's absorption.

Since it is Madara's Susano'o, I am not too sure, but I think it really depends on the shape of the Susano'o and what kind of chakra the shark can eat. I don't know whether the flames that emit from the Susano'o are just for show, or have an actual affect, but I believe that it is safe to assume it can at least eat V1, but then again, this is Madara we are talking about.

What gives it its absorption properties....? Probably the chakra put in it, so placing Samehada's and Kisame's chakra (when used in the manga it only had Kisame's) should make it that much stronger.

Issue is that it would only make a difference if Samehada could absorb an abundance of chakra from Madara which seems impossible.

Samehada's chakra isn't any different from Kisame's and there isn't anything implying that the Kisame can use the jutsu at a higher level than he already did.
Just like Biju can't pour every single ounce of their chakra into Bijudama, Kisame simply having more access to more chakra via Samehada is irrelevant.

I mean if he's playing around with Susano'o than he should be able to.

I'm not saying Samehada would make it larger, I'm saying that Samehada would increase its absoprtion capabilities, which I guess makes it larger. As again unless you can tell me what allows it to absorb chakra I'm going to say its the chakra properties of the jutsu.
