You think he'd be able to escape mads if mads was trying? I'll concede one thing though, he more than likely wouldn't die... or actually maybe your right, he'd probably attempt to get away once he knew what he was up against

Come on.. if MS Sasuke Soloes him, he would then get destroyed by EMS Madara.
Edit: And to add. If Madara found out that Orochimaru had provided Danzo with the arm full of Sharingan from the Uchiha he would seriously PUNISH Orochimaru. Orichimaru would be running with nowhere to hide. Absolutely annihilated.
Itachi never underestimates him opponents, hence taking him seriously and sealing him the moment he appeared. Madara's full of confidence and loves to "dance" so as I say, he's not going to take him seriously and will play around. But the moment he ramps it up just a little too much, Oro will slip away with Mogurakagure or something of the like.
MS Sasuke wouldn't deal with a
healthy Oro without difficulty either. As for Danzo, I suspect Madara wouldn't care that much at all. Unlike Sasuke, he probably didn't feel as much devotion to the clan after constantly being rejected by them. He just disconnected himself from life to "walk towards his dream".
