We don't know how much either of them progressed in the time skip but based on what we've actually seen sasuke has progressed(as shown by his ability to now open portals) while naruto has no sign of progression so far and has even been stated canonically to "being rusty". I don't recall anything of the sort being said about sasuke

Not true in the slightest..

As a teen Sasuke kick killerbee in the Neck and bee didn't flinch. As Adult in physical strength he's match Kinshiki, RSM Naruto and fused Momoshiki with kicks and punches that are sending him flying. Something a teen Sasuke couldn't do..

No need to discuss speed, it was shown numerous times in the movie
