How would you rank them? I'd say that the weaker ones are around Top Executive level to Smoker level while the stronger ones, like Bobbin, are around Vergo level.

I agree with all of this, except I'm not sure yet if Perospero is stronger than Bobbin or not, and I'm not sure if we should be including Capone. If you were including Capone, where would you put him? Also do you think Tamago is weaker than all of these people?

Tamago hasn't showed anything yet and I personally think he uses a heated cane sword like how Brooke uses a cold cane sword. He will obviously change depending on what he does to Brooke or Pedro.

think zoro got a eye but it just for fighting at night. cause he would fight night and day. maybe like hawk eye in the war of the great when he zoned in on luffy

How about Shanks' lost arm, is that a power-up too ? Or did he just lose it.

Well... He did go on to become a yonko after losing it, you never know what power he used to attain his position and how he came about gaining said power
