How is it that Sasuke is considered having the best chakra control in Narutoverse because he was able to perfectly siphon off the Bijuu-chakra into his Susanoo, something seemingly not unprecedented. While Naruto who created a jutsu the databook emphasized as the most marvelous Ninjutsu of all time isn't honored with such acclaims?

I don't think sh would be able to. I have reason to believe that Ootsutsuki's whitout their enhancd forms are vulnerable to steel, bone etc. weapons hence how Kurotsuchi and Mizukage seal Kinshiki in Boruto.

Well you should also realize Hagoromo had created the nine bijuus conversely, which precedes the events of their battle at VOTE2. This simply denotes the declaration the databook gave obliquely covers that event, since at precedent, the same event was carried out by Hagoromo.
