Have you even studied at school? Teststosterone/estrogen plays a big role in a boy or a girl, it's the thing that makes him feel "manly" or "womanly" incase of a girl

Sometimes disorders happen when not enough teststosterone/estrogen is produced in a boy/girl they start feeling more like the other gender which is basically what transgenders suffer
