Naruto without Kurama still has RSM and his attributes and chakra of other bijuu. But what Uchiha family is without free powers ?

Sasuke is a complete fodder without Itachis eyes who even cant use his signature jutsu properly.
RSM Naruto has better feats than Sakura being able to restore Kakashi's eye and saving Might Guy from death.
And Salad. Current Salad doesn't have any feat on SM Naruto level let alone on RSM Naruto level.

The uchiha were always a clan full of failures. Just ask Fugako.... oh he's dead courtesy of another uchiha. They've always failed in what they set out to do. Madara/obito ruling the world = Failed. He would still be strong. Naruto without Kurama would still have RSM and regular SM. This puts him above everyone living that isn't Sasuke. In terms of overall he would probably be right under Hashirama/EMS Madara.
