He could always dodge them and absorb the arrows. There are ways around them. He could fly push him away or bring him closer. Chibaku Tensei would also work.

He's not pushing them away when a swing bust mountains that it didn't even strike and Pain's Shinra Tensei got deflected by six tailed Naruto and his best Shinra Tensei couldn't kill people who hid inside katsuyu and edo Nagato's forest clearing Shinra Tensei got tanked by base form Killer Bee.

Chibaku tensei will get cut down before it becomes a threat. A rikoudo enchanced Sasuke cut down Madara's Rikoudo enchanced Chibaku Tenseis. So take out Rikoudo power for Sasuke and Rikoudo power for the Chibaku Tensei, then Sasuke should be able to cuto down Nagato's chibaku tensei.

Indra's Arrow? He'd still push sasuke away if he was at close range.
It took a rasenshuriken, bijuudama, and one of itachi's susanoo attacks to take down one chibaku tensei. Sasuke ain't going to destroy it on his own.

He'll get closer or fly way from "shockwaves" from the slashes.
