I'd say Sakura is in the top 5 as far as sheer punching power. No one has shown the destruction she has with a punch save possibly ohnoki with weighted boulder. It's hard to say as not many people have been shown causing more damage with just a punch

And Naruto is the Ashura's transmigrant (Body) and has SM.
