K-11 Members Kage Level Shinobi (individually)?

Meaning is each member on the same level of the current Kages in office, can they preform greater than or equal too a current Kage (minus Naruto of course).

I even think that Hinata could possibly beat Chojuro.

OT: Lee, Choji, Sakura....and potentially Hinata, but since we know very little about Hamura's chakra's effect, I'm gonna say...probably nah.

All apart from Hinata, Ino, Tenten, Kiba, Shino (probably), Chouji...

So basically only the ones who were able to become Jounin - Lee, Sakura and Shikamaru. Lee less so, because being Hokage is less about being powerful and more about intelligence, steadfastness and social capability.

If adult Lee is on par or stronger than Gai than he's top 3 or 4 shinobi alive. I'm willing to bet he's stronger than Gai since he could open 5 gates at 14 and 15 and 6 gates at 16 and 17. Something Gai couldn't do.
