Why was War Arc Minato Hated?

Kishi made him a sage & gave him control over Kurama while he was being tortured in RDS's belly.. (Asspull)

I don't hate him for that because it's all Kishi's doing.. At the same time though, every1 of the kages was treated like garbage in the war when they were hyped to be legends/gods..

JJ bout's with non-JJ look ruff for those without an Kishi ruined them all. IMO

Minato is my 2nd favorite character but i don't know what y'all was expecting we knew his moveset was FTG(variants) and Rasengan. We knew he wasn't gonna be OP he hardly beat Obito at 14-16 lol.

Hardly beat him? He figured out his technique within minutes and stomped him into the ground.

OT - I was fine with Minato during the war; I do wish Kishi didn't so blatantly change his character though. It's almost as if Kishi read up on Minato online, and saw the horde of "he's kishi's golden boy with no flaws, and he has no personality" people. The whole thing just seemed a bit forced.

Nah that's false he even told Naruto he barely beat Obito. And all he used was kamui.

He told Naruto he saw through his every move. That was contradicted in the actual fight itself. The only thing Obito had on Minato is knowledge, and that's literally it. Once Minato understood Kamui's mechanics he drilled him into the ground and blitzed him, forcing him to retreat.

- "All he used was kamui". Maybe because that's one of his only techniques? And his most effective one at that. Anything else like his watered down Mokuton or Katon is irrelevant and would of played no role here.

That doesn't make a difference to the actual fight. They both lacked knowledge, but Obito would of been more knowledgeable due to being Minato's former student.

He said Obito saw through his every move, like I said. That could mean anything. FTG V2 isn't "faster". Instant is instant; all FTG V2 is teleporting to a moving kunai.
