Why Hiruzen has never learned Hiraishin ?

Why Tobirama has never taught Hiraishin to Hiruzen ?

He was his best disciple. Hiruzen has certainly learned Kage Bunshin by Tobirama , so he could learn Hiraishin. No problem for him , he was a genius.

Just imagine Hiruzen with Hiraishin.

Manga has explained this multiple times. Just because you never saw him use it doesn't mean he doesn't know it. Hiruzen knows all non-KKG justu of the hidden leaf

He didn't because plot restricted him the same way it restricted Sasuke from copying Rasengan and Neji from using elements. According to the manga and DB he should be able to use it.

I don't think that Hiruzen control Hiraishin , if he controled Hiraishin , Hiruzen would haven't never say that Minato is superior to him. Because Hiruzen with Hiraishin > Minato and Tobirama.

When Minato is became elite jonin , he had certainly the authorisation to know Konoha's secret jutsu .

Hiraishin , Edo Tensei , Kage Bunshin , Shiki Fujin ect... Are Konoha's secret weapon , only elite can learn those jutsu .

Kakashi was elite jonin , so he could learn konoha's secret jutsu , for example he mastered Kage Bunshin.

And to master a jutsu , it's not necessary to have a teacher , Naruto has learned Kage Bunshin without teacher.

He most likely did but never used it due to him not keeping the seals required for it on him at all times, especially when he got older

He couldn't really use it in his old age because his speed/reactions were slower than normal.

Yes i have noticed this , Tobirama and Minato are not necessary related , but they have a connection.
