When Sasuke got EMS the chakra in Itachi's eyes fused with Sasuke's chakra, it's possible that Itachi's eye power was passed on to Sarada when she inherited Sasuke's chakra similar to how Jinchuuriki pass on a small fraction of the bijuu's chakra to their children.

Expect Sarada to have some Rikudou chakra and powerful genjutsu.
