KN4 is enough to beat like lower top tiers like Id say hebi sasuke at the itachi battle and under can't win but KN4 is definitely not that powerful compared to the level s we see now

I said he has superior power and I include speed and other things into that, but Killer bee doesnt get bloodlust rage filled in that state he can analyze the battle and I think that will make the different
