Boruto, Sarada and Mitsuki are probably too young for that position even if Naruto hits old age and retires.

I don't know. Naruto is probably dead, then Konohamaru will be.

But if turns out Naruto isn't really dead, Sarada will. Naruto is still young, he has many years as Hokage left, enough for Sarada to get ready and take the position.

@edit: Thinking better, Konohamaru is lame. I don't think he is powerful/smart enough to be Hokage. That being said, I don't know who could take the Hokage position if Naruto is really dead.
