Can Hyuga's learn rabbit hair needle ?

Hair needle senbon ( the technique Jiraiya and Fuguki use ) is a similar technique and I believe is derived from rabbit hair needle. ( I think it says that in the data book I'm not to sure. If someone can find it show me )

Regardless of that, hair needle senbon is a technique that can be learned by anyone unless you're bald. So Hyuga's can just learn hair needle senbon and use their byakugan to pinpoint the opponents chakra point and it could just be a weaker version of Kaguya's rabbit hair needle. Am I right ?

I think it's actually a kekkei mora but they should still be able to use it by using hair needle senbon and using their byakugan. It could just be weaker or on a smaller scale.

A clan-less Jiraiya could harden/spike his hair. They just have to learn how, I don't think there's a requirement.

First, her technique is a kekkei mora, so they won't be learning it. Second, I doubt they can use Hair Needle Senbon to the same effect as Kaguya's Rabbit Hair Needle. She was able to close chakra points and break through Sasuke's Susanoo. Not happening.

First, her technique is a kekkei mora, so they won't be learning it. Second, I doubt they can use Hair Needle Senbon to the same effect as Kaguya's Rabbit Hair Needle. She was able to close chakra points and break through Sasuke's Susanoo. Not happening.

If they use hair needle senbon and their byakugan it can be like a knock off version of Kaguya's rabbit hair needle but it can still be a pretty strong technique.

While Kaguya's Rabbit Hair Needle has special properties that allows it to break through a Susanoo and, with the use of Byakugan, somehow close the enemy's chakra points. There's clearly much more to it than just hardened hair and good aim. So, it's either acquire Kaguya's technique (which won't be happening as it's a kekkei mora), or learn a basic jutsu that won't achieve the same level of power and usefulness.

You might be right about it having special properties to close off enemy chakra points. I didn't take that into consideration but Hyuga's fighting style revolves mainly around blocking off chakra points. Hyuga's can pinpoint the chakra points but it might only have piercing damage and won't really close the enemies chakra points. I still think it's plausible but you can have this one since I don't know what type of damage hair needle senbon would do if hit the opponents chakra points.
