10: Wins, high-extreme diff. We dont really know what jack can do, but he hasnt really done anything impressive yet

Luffy rematch: I have no intention of saying whether doflamingo would WIN or lose, as people still debate over that.

Probably stops at Hancock if by rested you simply mean having time to recover from critical damage, if by rested you mean complete recovery then he stops at marco.

The biggest problems on that list are Sabo and Marco. Everyone else he could beat mid-diff or lower (Yes, Magellan would get mid-diffed, if not easy) With Sabo, it all depends on how much progress he's made with the Mera Mera. It's a pretty good matchup for strings, but haki coated strings would be the death of him. For Marco, it depends on how much stamina he has. Doffy isn't lacking in stamina, and he seems to have the higher attack power. So idk :hyper:

As for Luffy, there's no telling. He is a genius in his own right. If this was after their first fight, It might actually go to Doffy

It's the positioning he has on Teach's ship. If it wasn't the fact that he's his right hand man then Doffy would beat him.
In terms of feat wise we don't have a clear finite in power, because the only strong characters we know that can beat both of them are admirals.

Burgess is a joke, has have never shown anything that great, he has strength sure but thats it, he seems pretty dumb as well. He's a weaker Jack.
Plus Blackbeard is the only pirate in the crew that is worth any weight to be a Yonko.

Your crazy.... with exception of Marco and that's only due to Df none of these characters can even be made an arguement as to why they would take out doffy lower then high diff :|
