He beats all. V1 Ae would prove to be no issue for Sasuke. Once he starts to go V2 (and he needs to charge up for that as it's far from an instant charge), he goes CS2 and can easily handle the assault or simply fly up. CS2 transformation is nearly instant given how Sasuke was already in CS2 when he jumped up and dodged the hypersonic shock wave.
Onoki's Jinton has a charge time. It isn't instant. Sasuke can use Genjutsu and end him. Honestly, all of them can be taken care of with Genjutsu alone. As for Danzo, then Hebi Sasuke has better stamina and that gives him the advantage. I have argued against this. He wins against Danzo as well. Heck, he might give a better performance than MS Sasuke.
Oh yea, Gaara is also beaten.
