Kabuto loses all 3. Simply too many against one guy, who doesn't possess any extraordinary skills or trump card jutsu that'll allow him to even his disadvantage in numbers.

Chakra scalpel, minor reanimation jutsu, Hiding Like a Mole, Sleep Genjutsu and offensive dirty medical ninjutsu that put him on par with Kakashi doesn't count as extraordinary?

You don't necessarily need a large scale elemental jutsu to handle multiple enemies, Kabuto has pretty good stamina and can go inbetween multiple opponents Madara-style. Out of interest, do you think Kakashi could take any of these Genin teams?

Most of the jutsu you named are effective in 1v1 scenarios or just downright ineffective here. 6 v 1 eliminates any element of surprise Kabuto may possess and he just gets bombarded in the end. The rookies may be raw but they actually possess very tricky jutsu; Ino-Shika-Cho for example force incessant pressure with their capture techniques etc.. I can't see Kabuto winning.

Kakashi would stomp the sand siblings and sound trio. Gaara gets ran through by Raikiri right off the bat, leaving Kankuro and Temari and the sound trio. CM1 Sasuke more or less soloed the sound trio in the forest, with Dosu declaring him too strong and retreating (he's their leader). Sasuke also beat Temari in the forest. Kakashi being akin to Sasuke but stronger tenfold would destroy every single one of them with the utmost ease. He also wins against the second team imo. Not sure about the first one.

Not actually a bad argument but I still think the numbers will help Gaara and it won't be an easy win for Kakashi nor Kabuto.
