Naruto probably can't use Wood Style for the same reason Sasuke can't, which would be Hashirama's cells being modified for healing like Kabuto said.

Has he ever said he did? But let's say he did that's a cocktail of different dna not being pure so it's possible he can't access the full potential of each one. Similar to how naruto isn't a pure uzumaki probably explaining why he can't use the chakra chains.

It's possible he can't access it, but I was just stating that having Hashi DNA isn't exactly the way towards Senjutsu that easily, like the Hashi DNA arm example. I think they need a certain amount of his DNA injected, like with Danzou or Yamato (or even Obito) to fully utilize Mokuton.

It's just a theory anyway.
