Uub was on the last episode/ chapter of DBZ, dragon ball super is the 10 years fill up that we missed. Uub will likely be a god of destruction and goku is his whis.

No and no. It has nothing to do with Royal Heritage.

Their power has to be high enough and they have to clear the training to even taste what god ki feels like. The ritual for goku is correct though thats why he was ahead of Vegeta at first but he caught up because he started training with Whis before Goku.

I hope DB Super goes past the ending of DBZ and includes Uub. He was at least mentioned in one of the earlier episodes so far, which keeps my hopes alive. It would be awesome if the multiverse-tournament took place after the original DBZ-ending, so Uub trained by Goku could take part.
