Well for startes sasuke was obviously referring to vision and chakra not techniques. Secondly itachi gave sasuke his most powerful technique which is amaterasu.

So then Sasuke only got the eternal light the rest was retcon in order for Sasuke not to be OP.

Another thing. SM Naruto = MS Sasuke cuz Sasuke is going to get wreckless and overuse his eyes and Naruto will use up all of his Nature chakra. Psychological actions plays a factor as well. Next thing we are going to get is genjutsu because all uchiha fans jump to the same conclusion.
