How does a wanted poster decides if somebody is Shichibukai or supernova lvl or not???
If i remember properly BB doesnot had any wanted poster pre timeskip still he became a shichibukai as well as supernova.
Going by your logic Ussop could have also become Supernova as he also doesn't have a proper poster and marines have no idea about his family lineage and what he had done.
It doesn't. But the bounty does.
In part one people received the title supernova if they had a 100M bounty at Sabaody. Also you're mixing a couple of things up. Blackbeard is probably a supernova, but he is part of the 'worst generation'. Which is Luffy's group of supernova's + Blackbeard.
Shichibukai have nothing to do with it, they get picked by the World Government.
What I was saying is that there was confusion over who Sanji was, Duval got hunted by the marines because of a bad poster. And Sanji did a lot of undercover stuff that wasn't noticed by marines but had big impact on marine and world government plans. Like his actions as Mr. Prince and closing the gates of justice etc.
That combined with his strength could be enough to give him a 100M bounty since he already had a 77M one. So a 23M raise isn't that much of a stretch.
So a clear wanted poster, with a better idea of his actions would probably give him 100m+ at Sabaody giving him a automatic Supernova status.
But like I said Oda probably didn't want 3 people of 1 crew in a 12 people group. Sanji is more a spy kind of character.
Also you're right on the Usopp part. If he became more notorious as Sogeking after burning down the WG flag he also could've gotten a higher bounty. But after Ennies Lobby the bounties didn't raise again before Sabaody, so he didn't get the chance for it.
