Sasuke has a Rinnegan.. that on its own makes him a living legend of the same calibre as Madara and Hagoromo.

Not at all lol, Hagoromo is simply known as the sage of the six paths and madara is just madara who fought the first hokage, since everyone was in IT when naruto and sasuke fought really not many villagers may even know about their battle, I agree it does give him some sort of famous persona tho

Yes at all, Hagoromo is known as the god of ninjutsu and Rinnegan is associated with his power. On top of that EMS is a djoutsu legendary Uchiha possess. Sasuke has two of the three great dojutsu so you can imagine how scared people are of his power.

Thats not a good thing people being scared of you just by looking lol unlike him the sage made people feel safe with his power not stare like a freakshow. I admit he obviously is scary then again everyone at kage level scared people with their power alone

I would assume so, considering how he helped end the war and his "crimes" were cleared. Why else would no one care seeing Sasuke coming in and out of the village.

Their opinion is irrelevant either way, he is one of the two strongest in the NV so if anyone had threatened him they would have a 100% chance of getting solo'd

I'm confused, what do you mean people like Ino? Ino was on the battlefield fighting in that same war if i'm not mistaken. So people like Ino would be other shinobi's. I'm guessing you mean people like business owners?
