Lol smh he's absorbing raw NE that's totally different. He was absorbing Naruto's chakra while Naruto was absorbing NE which made him transform. NE isn't chakra until it's molded.

That's not a fault Naruto used all of Kurama's chakra in that Rasengan that Rasengan was made out of Kurama's chakra. A Kurama powered Rasengan = Enton chidori. Normal Rasengan = normal Chidori.

How would a Kurama enhanced rasengan be stronger than the enton chidori when the clash was a draw? Neither technique was stronger.

Not really if that was the case then every preta user would have bijuu chakra aka Nagato/Pain when he absorbed gyuuki's chakra sure he got his life force back but that chakra was reverted to his natural reserves. Or when Madara absorbed kyuubi cloaks off of people. Kurama even said Sasuke turned that chakra to fit his build because the chakra he gave Naruto was only to fit his build instead.

Right away, when he used against Neji, the chakra doesn't show either, only once he starts building it up do the tails appear around him, and even when he uses it with Gamabunta, the chakra he uses on the summoning is still very clearly Kurama's, unlike when he uses it against Sasuke.

No, examine the statement more thoroughly. Kurama's statement in regards to the Chidori itself subsequently occurred when Kurama mentioned Sasuke utilizing it as his own.
