Facts are facts; he failed to tag Madara, twice. He failed repeatedly to tag Kaguya (with the help of countless clones at that) and could only do so when she was so low on Chakra, and that too, with a long chakra arm extension. So, what are you going to bring up next to make your silly narrative stands on the last shaky prop?

If this wasn't sort of obvious, reflexes is tied to one's sensory abilities. Therefore Sensor Type Ninja generally have faster reflexes and reaction speed compared to others. (Not necessarily one's speed to react to detected attacks. Like moving out of the way).

The only issue is that ninja who can use sensory to augment their reflexes is a rarity considering most sensors can't actively sense while battling.
