Zetsu is a fodder and he can take on Obito comfortably with his moveset. The only thing that might be hard is Pain and Konan, but he probably pulls through. Muki Tensei lets him easily exploit Deva's 5 second cooldown, and no path can actually block it on their own except Asura Path, and he can't save the rest on his own. Once Deva falls White Rage+Muki Tensei ends it all.

The rest are taken down pretty easily.

Kabuto would comfortably defeat him with or without Sound Genjutsu and WR anyway. He can't deal with Muki Tensei + Kidomaru and Kimimaro's abilities. Kabuto's most lethal attacks are not chakra based, thus Samehada fails to absorb them. He stands no chance.

Eh no he isn't blitzing anything especially if the distance is 65m. Samehada wakes Kisame up way before that time limit is up or he fuses with Samehada and they use the Bijuu and Jinchuriki genjutsu counter.
