Even naruto needed a kyuubi enhancement cloak to tank such an attack. A ninjutsu or chakra defense is absolutely neccessary. That being said Sasukes or any other rinnegan users preta path or or v3 susanoo or up should be enough ample defense.

Pretty sure "chakra construct" and "avatars" are exceptions not relating to being enshrouded by chakra.
