Being quite familiar with Ibiki Morino's abilities- I think they end there, he's actually quite low on the list to stick these two (lets be honest, Chunnin level) kids VS a very strong Special Jonin.

If they can take out a Pain / keep up with Konan then kids are no match. You've also picked full intel which is interesting, Hidan is suddenly no match (invisible rasengan & lightning flicker trash him) but that also means the smarter ninja will kill these two, Kakazu and Ibiki in particular.

If it's 1 on 1 they stop at round 3. 2 v1 it's possible they beat Kido and stop at round 4. Respect Ten-Ten, she is still a Jonin.

Haku - Mirrors are broken by a rasengan or Chanaarooo! punch. Haku can't compete close range with Gentle Fist and Saradas precog/Strength. BoruDa wins mid diff.

Kidomaru - If he gets close to gentle fist he's done. Chakra web and CS2 might be trouble. BoruDa high diff

Adult Tenten- You gave her god tools? Easy seal, gg.

Anko - I honestly don't know enough about her to make an assumption. Giving it to BoruDa

Ibiki - Mind control and endless torture.

Zabuza - the two are helpless against Hidden Mist.

Hidan - No way of sealing Hidan away. With full intel they avoid getting cut for a while (Sarada a little longer with precog) but are both eventually nicked and killed.

Kakuzu - Come on now.

Danzo - Splinters in the ass, Izanagi not needed.

Sarada is by far the stronger ninja here and I didnt know she had fire or thunder jutsu but they can beat some of these ninja. As long as its not all at once then I think the strongest most impressive victory would be against Kidomaru or Tenten

I put high diff because it could go either way but I definitely think those two would have a much easier job than Neji of just blowing Kido the **** up.
But yeah it could go both ways.

No it isn't, i've played storm. He doesn't have jyuken. He has certain moves that are reminiscent of Jyuken but he doesn't even have a Byakugan to be even able to use it.

Gentle fist =/= Byakugan though and his inability to see the chakra pathways would probably hinder his ability to cut the webbing.
Not to mention there's no way his gentle fist is on Neji's level.
