Then you are simply ignoring manga right in front of you. Or are not understanding the context behind the jutsu. Haku can teleport at that speed from mirror to mirror ( in good stamina). The more he uses it the more of his speed diminished.

Mirror assault, propelling his speed to attack with no reflected mirror, does not share the same speed launch as your examples are referring to.

Yeah, but on second thought, what you are saying doesn't make sense. Sure, (VIZ translation of that scan you posted), but that doesn't mean he's transporting himself at the literal or anywhere close to the literal of speed of light.

1. If his top speed was light speed then there's no reason that using his tech for the short time he did would drain his stamina so much that he'd go from light speed to a speed where the weakest incarnation of Sasuke (in a weakened state no less) in the Manga could outright dodge him. Not a chance. That drop in speed does not correlate with his drop in stamina.

2.

Those reflections of him in the mirror are representations of the ACTUAL speed of light. What he does afterwards is clearly shown to be different.

So yeah, no. Haku is absolutely nowhere near light speed no matter how healthy he is.

We have characters that can teleport, movement speed is nothing without attack speed.

Its pretty funny how this discussion of mirrors and light speed travel just so happen to coincide with the Flash episode about Mirror Master that came on today.

Haku doesn't even move at light speed. , only seemingly occurring nigh instantaneously while Hiraishin was never drawn or considered as regular movement.

See i love post that kill two birds with one stone. What i mean by that is when someone says some nonsense(EJBlack) and another member quotes them telling them how right they are(FT) and then both of them just get shat on simultaneously.

1.) The scan you post refers Haku stating "moving at" teleporting speeds.

2.)

No other speed, in manga context via Sasuke's statement, are you able to feel the opponents attack is launching, hitting yousimultaneously.

1. Haku has one of the worst stamina based on DB.
2. Haku's fights from there(Chap 27), werent coming from mirror to mirror.

All of this plus Haku outright stating he can't hold out much longer, as chakra indeed correlate with your stamina.

2.

Those reflections of him in the mirror are representations of the ACTUAL speed of light. What he does afterwards is clearly shown to be different.

Back to point 1 and 2.

^^These points "Saving the vital points" "Cuts are superficial" "Killing me by inches"..What I've been trying to express in terms of Haku's weaponry in terms of holding back in the other thread. Not that I agree with your other points but thanks for showing that Sasuke scan. Sasuke makes reference to his attack with his tool but not his speed. Only when he noted the chakra being the reason for him slowing down.

They say "he was holding back" but he opted to use his fastest speed with the Ice Mirrors because he was put on edge while not holding back in his Base speed. Not even his Base because he was completely outmaneuvered by Base Sasuke in terms of speed which pushed him to use top speed. The fact that he resorted to this says its all, he had no choice but to use such speed. Think of it this way, Zabuza was talking about how Sasuke could keep up with Base Haku's speed in his mind(It surprised him and this was around the point where he questioned Haku not holding back), the fact that he wasn't holding back in his Base right from the start(As he got beat and decided to up his speed) questions why he'll all of a sudden just do so in his Ice Mirror. Clearly the weapon he was using is the case when you speak of killing intent here...Don't care about this topic anymore though.
