Sasuke's time limit of his jutsu depends on how much chakra he has. Minato's depends on how well synchronized with the Kyuubi he is. The first time Naruto used Kyuubi mode the time limit was 5 minutes, by the end of the war it was 8 minutes (before six paths upgrade anyway) I think it goes without saying that Sasuke does not have to worry about his chakra lasting for that long especially since we know that Susanoo can be used with little to no chakra (Itachi example).

I have no idea with Juubi madara has to do with this. My point is that Sasuke's susanoo has been described to be super fast by Obito before :

Saying Minato could not deal with Juubito's speed while Sasuke could is particularly unfair. Sasuke was blitzed by him immediately after the panel you posted for one, from a fair distance nonetheless, and would have died if not for Minato and Naruto's interference.

Minato was also blitzed and had his arm taken off, but unlike Sasuke, not only was he right next to Juubito (A superior version of Juubito, might I add) when he was caught off guard, and still managed to react in time to prevent getting himself killed in the process, which by itself should be a feat, even if Obito managed to plan ahead of that too.

Furthermore Minato was seen forming a Bijuudama alongside Naruto when the Shinju was released by Obito. So there's that too.

1) Sasuke was not actually blitzed by Juubito as the scan you yourself posted shows Juubito straight out busted through Sasuke's defense which was in place. And at some point Sasuke demonstrated that he could effectively fight someone as fast as Juubito by combining Susanoo's speed with his EMS :

2) We are strictly talking about speed here since it is Minato's fort. Also during the Juubito fight Sasuke has demonstrated more than once that Susnaoo + EMS gave him the edge over Minato speed wise. For example when Juubito almost killed Naruto as the scan posted before shows and easily kicked Minato away as well as when Juubito put the Gudoddama on Minato. We see that by the time Minato even tried to grab it, Sasuke had already pulled out Susanoo and covered Naruto with its arm :

3) That could be a valid point. However the fact that we have never seen Minato use a bijuu bomb by himself could imply that he was simply combining his chakra with Naruto much like when they used the combined Rasengan.

Wouldn't Sasuke be at a major disadvantage here? His jutsu are good, but the only think of actual weight against Minato he has in long distance is Amaterasu, and even that I have trouble believing he'd get him in, while a close range battle where Sasuke truly benefits usually is suicidal against the likes of Minato.

The only true option left here is Genjutsu.

I don't see how. EMS Sasuke was able to react and keep up in speed against Jj obito.
Amaterasu may fail but enton won't.. Enton can keep the battlefield clear of Kunai and Sasuke has also shown the ability to use Enron straight from his hand, making it very dangerous for Minato to force a close range battle... then there genjutsu.

Well, it doesn't change the fact that Obito blitzed him, whether he broke through his defences or not. Susanoo doesn't limit Sasuke's movement at all, at least not in that form, yet he wasn't able to react at all when Obito made a move on him. Go back to the scan and you'll even see both Naruto and Sasuke are surprised by his sudden movement, as being surprised is all they can do before Obito blitzes them. Saying he was able to "effectively fight" someone as fast as Juubito is also a no as, before the head on clash that decided the battle, Obito was handling Naruto and Sasuke with mid dif at best. They weren't able to land one hit on him during the entire time, and the one time they managed to properly aim at him, both attacks were blocked almost effortlessly.

They saw it before Minato, and thus were able to get over the momentary shock of suddenly being placed in a life or death situation and react beforehand. Sasuke was able to place his hand over Naruto a panel before Minato's hand would reach the Gudoudama. THe Susanoo being formed is also less of a feat of Sasuke's and more of a feat on the tech itself, as Itachi was able to do something far more impressive when forming it moments before the Kirin hit the ground.

It could be, but that already comes with a lot of implications. Many times, with both Rasengan or Bijuudama, we've seen two people combine their powers into one technique. If we go by your version, we have to assume that anyone can do that regardless if they know said Jutsu or not, which then makes the multiple times various parties sided together to form one powerful Bijuudama or Rasengan a bit conventional, as every time it happened, everyone involved knew the jutsu. It even opens up the question of why Sasuke, or anyone for that matter, helped Boruto out with the Rasengan in the end of the Boruto movie as, though it did the job, it did struggle against Momoshiki's own "Rasengan" to get there.

Then there's the way Naruto words it. "The other Kurama should be able to help too." Much later on, with RSM, we see Bijuu molding their chakra for Naruto so he can use various different jutsu on his own, and even Kurama helps Naruto out via the whole distributing his chakra thing, so there's the other side of the argument, where Minato knowing or not knowing it is irrelevant as Kurama can still help him form it irregardless.

JJ obito was flying it wasn't instantaneous, also the sharingan let him predict his movements, he can't predict something through space time with that, naruto was able to do the same but you wouldn't say he could react to instant teleportation. The ftg neverdissapear you're speculating they can be burnt off and either way once his avatar touches sasuke's susanoo he can put a marking on him and volleyball him into the next century lol or sasuke can stay long range and get mucked by bijuudama

BM Minatos speed is far greater than Sasukes and he is well adept at chakra arms and more adept at Rasengan and strategy than Naruto. Plus he has plenty S/T jutsu sequences we havent seen.
