Giving it to the Admirals. Swap Fuji for Aokiji, and that fight happened more or less exactly in Marineford and the Admirals won. Jozu lost an arm, Marco got seastoned, and Whitebeard got distracted long enough for Akainu to land a serious hit. With Jozu and Marco out of the way, there's nothing stopping the other admirals from 3V1ing Whitebeard, and they would definately win that eventually.

I agree with this. And the way these top tier fights seem to be going recentely, I don't think WB would be able to even finish his battle before Marco and jozu are defeated.

Admirals lower end of high diff. Old wb needs extreme diff to beat akainu. Marco can stalemate kizaru but Jozu is a major weak link for the wb pirates so one admiral can come in and finish the other fights.

People are seriously underestimating Jozu and especially Marco in this match(and overestimating the admirals, but that's usual here). Imo it goes this way:

Whitebeard vs Akainu - Whitebeard wins high-very high diff
Marco vs Kizaru - Kizaru wins very high-extreme diff
Jozu vs Fujitora - Fujitora wins high difficulty

With weakened Fujitora finishing his fight faster and helping weakened Akainu against weakened Whitebeard to win a high-very high difficulty kind of battle with Kizaru's win against Marco overall pushing the difficulty level to very high diff for the admiral group

Kizaru sure did beat Marco low diff in the war lol kizaru is good but he couldn't do anything but stalemate Marco and had to rely on seastone.

The WB commanders are overrated but so are the admirals.

WB>Akainu high-diff
Marco<=> Fujitora (this could go either way imo)
Kizaru>Jozu (but im not sure if Kizaru's light will work on Jozu since he's made of diamond) this could go to Jozu aswell since i guess he has the upper hand.

Akainu did a damn good job against WB himself and at the end of MF one Admiral was enough to push back all the pirates, he would have burned them all alive if it werent for Coby and Shanks

Ive said this many times and I still think that is how it is, there is no one strongest character in OP, the top tiers are all able to push eachother to their limits in a 1v1 and the smallest factors can decide the outcome, the admirals and WB are top tiers ... marco and jozu aren't

Who akainu to Marco? I'm not exactly sure what ur saying but Marco offensively isn't great but he stalemate an admiral well, kizaru had to resort to help and use seastones to hurt the guy. Marco is just someone that is very hard to put down. Admirals could never hurt him much and kizaru is proof of that.
