Since Goku a baby he stayed the same. Since Natsu was a child he developed friendship with Lucy.

Lucy's has developed/grown. Natsu has not.

Natsu backstory opened up his origin but so has goku in saiyan saga. but backstory =/= character fleshed out unless it directly focuses on that character to which both hasn't but instead fleshed out zeref and bardock's character. I was joking when I was comparing the two, but now that I think about it. they both are more or less clones of each other regardless if they're rips off or not. hell, even luffy backstory add some layers to him with sabo as kids and getting the DF etc. smh

Honestly, it may be more exciting than the old dragon ball. Not saying its a better anime but the pacing is faster which is definitely a plus and fights are way more often and cool

Sasuke is not stronger than Naruto,Naruto is the Hero of the story not Sasuke. Sasuke has settle for second place why can you? A Man should know His limitations. After all Sasuke did surrender to Naruto.

A few points:

(1) To compare Sasuke's chidori piercing the 4th Raikage and Naruto's Rasenshuriken failing to damage the Edo Tensei 3rd Raikage isn't exactly "apples to apples." The Third Raikage has greater fortitude than the 4th, and it's largely due to his near-invincible body itself, not simply due to lightning armor. On the other hand, I believe that the main reason that Sasuke's Chidori didn't do some serious damage to the 4th Raikage IS because of the lightning armor nullifying his Chidori. In other words, the 4th Raikage was saved by his lightning armor, whereas the third Raikage was saved by his superhuman body.

(2) I don't believe that it's fair to say that ALL of Naruto's defensive abilities relate to Bijuu Chakra. To me, that the same as saying that all of Sasuke's defensive abilities relate to Susano'o. Just as Sasuke has many defensive tools, including using Ameno to avoid attacks, Genjutsu diversions, and Sharingan precognition, Naruto has Kagebunshins to divert/absorb attacks, Senjutsu to enhance his reflexes+durability, and Rasengan to counter/nullify certain attacks (such as Madara's Mokuton jutsu, or the Raikage's spear).

Of course, once Naruto or Sasuke activate their chakra mechas, they enter the "God Tier" in terms of defensive capabilities. They're still each in upper Kage-level without them.
