yeah ! Sounds like a great idea, you see these bullets that futur bulma has made out of energy and that could blow the great zamatsu of his chair.

just imagine, some kind of human scientist that has more brain than even bulma and dr gero, a one of a kind human, a Super Human, getting his strengh not from his warrior body but from his brain. This human has been working on a set of weapons to fight with these great aliens that have been coming to earth non stop, leaving the humans completely overpowered, feeling like bugs.

this guy could be someone that had his parents killed by cell or the androids, and from that day he new that great power could be attained artificially, by thechnology. then he have seen buu, and goku, and the god ki.
he developped a device that could sense ki, and determine it's essence.

he built an arsenal that made him able to compete with goku, at the highest level in the multiverse tournament, because his suit could scale to the opponents strengh, so as goku powered up this guy powered up to. but he could use his new powers better than goku because he fights more with his brain, like some hunter from hunter x hunter.

DB fandom is wack. This weapon thing already appeared in DB Multiverse and it isn't very accepted. They'd jump saying "bullshit" a human with technology can't face a god.

If the bulets sensed Ki then couldn't Goku just not use his Ki and use his muscles and physical strength to avoid the risk of the bullets? Even just physically he's a beast(doing pushups under extra gravity, King Kai's planet etc. all feats not using Ki) For a human character to beat a powered character who far surpasses them they can't just be smart, they have to know the enemy and know the best way to fight them(like Batman and Usopp when he fought Luffy)

and then he can fight with goku and vegeta against the new evil opponent.

The androids were basically cybernetically enhanced human corpses does that not count? Android 16 used human weapons technically. Plus the super suit shit had been done to death in other media, I would rather see a Lovecraftian monster type threat since we're currently dealing with extra dimensional beings and gods.
