What should of the tenseigan done instead?

A dojutsu granting a chakra mode was dumb, it should've been the opposite. Unlocking SPS should allow the user to unlock tenseigan rather than the other way around. And the dojutsu should've enhanced their Byakugan powers and nothing else because gentle fist was already too haxx.

Give them ability to predict S/t and see through dimensions or some crazy insight feat like that.

Toneri didn't need flashy techs cause the ability to destroy chakra and the use of TSB from having six path Senjutsu is enough to equal Hagoromo's power if given to the right user *cough*Neji*cough*

I think its not what it gives but who used it, and look at it this way, what rinnegan technique has the power to cut the moon in half? answer:none. Destruction wise it seemed more powerful than a rinnegan without using EMS powers it could manipulate gravity and objects remotely, make a sword to cut the moon in half, and TSB the most powerful ninjutsu
